Mollymawk Workshop
At Mollymawk Workshop, every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully produced. As a manufacturer, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each piece, and all items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch.
For this reason, returns are not encouraged as a standard practice. We kindly ask our customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions prior to placing an order, ensuring each purchase is made with clarity and confidence.
That said, should an issue arise, we remain committed to resolving it with care, fairness, and professionalism.
Our Approach to Returns
Due to the nature of our products and their limited suitability for resale, we generally do not accept returns unless a genuine issue is identified.
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
· A confirmed manufacturing defect
· Significant damage during transit
· Incorrect item supplied (not caused by customer error)
Change of Mind Returns
Requests for change-of-mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
If approved, the following conditions must be met:
· The request is made within 7 days of delivery
· The item is completely unused and in its original condition
· Wooden items show no signs of installation, surface marking, or handling damage
· Candles are unburned and unopened
· Original packaging is intact and suitable for resale
Please note:
· Acceptance of these returns is entirely at the discretion of Mollymawk Workshop
· Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
· Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
Manufacturing Faults & Quality Issues
If your item arrives with a fault or defect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photographic evidence. Once verified, one of the following solutions will be offered:
· Repair
· Replacement
· Refund
Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Mollymawk Workshop will cover the associated return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
· Used or burned candles
· Wooden items damaged through misuse or improper care
· Custom or personalised products
· Sale or clearance items
· Items returned outside the 7-day timeframe
· Natural variations in wood grain, colour, or texture (these are inherent characteristics and not considered defects)
Transit Damage
Although every order is carefully packaged, unforeseen damage may occur during transport. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide images of:
· The damaged product
· The external packaging
· The shipping label

A Note on Natural Materials
As our products are crafted from natural wood and handcrafted finishes, variations in grain pattern, tone, and texture are part of their unique character and inherent beauty. These natural distinctions do not constitute faults and are not grounds for return.
